Chesneys Garden Party
The Garden Party is the largest offering in the Chesneys HEAT range. It provides a gourmet experience of the highest quality for even large groups of your friends and family. The unit comes complete with flue and will be delivered and assembled for you with Chesney’s exclusive white glove service. See the “Shipping” tab for more information on delivery and assembly.
This heater barbecue will suit those with extensive outdoor space who entertain on a large scale regularly and would relish being able to take the whole party outside, any time of year. When it comes to cooking, the large grill size will easily cater for 12-15 people. There are six cooking methods to discover; so be it an impressive dish of smoked duck, slow roast lamb or even wok-fried prawn stir-fry, the Garden Party will make you the ‘outdoor host with the most’, throughout the year.

CHESNEYS HEAT - STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE EXPLAINED
This is a kerbside delivery service only. The Heat Unit will be delivered to your property on a Pallet by Palletline, our pallet delivery partner.
Assembly of the Chesneys Heat unit will be your responsibility as will disposal of all packaging materials.
Terrain must be suitable for pallet delivery, that is pallets cannot be delivered on steep slopes, they cannot be wheeled across loose or uneven terrain such as grass or gravel. For more information on this service please read our Delivery Information page here

CHESNEYS HEAT - WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE EXPLAINED
When you buy a Chesneys Heat unit you are buying something exceptional. We can deliver these on a pallet by a pallet network however this is just a kerbside delivery service.
You are purchasing a premium product that we believe should be delivered and assembled with care.
In summary, the "white glove" delivery service consists of:
- Initial contact with you by telephone to discuss the site where the appliance will be situated and book a suitable delivery date.
- You will be provided with a contact name should you need to speak to anyone about your delivery.
- You will be called 1 hour ahead of delivery (subject to signal in some areas!)
- Your new Chesney HEAT appliance will be unpacked and placed in the garden (subject to the access been as described at initial contact).
- It will be fully assembled.
- The serial number will be provided to you for future reference should you ever need it.
- All the packaging will be removed.

What happens next after I place my order?
All orders are processed by our fulfilment partners. You will receive a courtesy call from the fulfilment team, usually within 24-48 hours, who will conduct a brief access questionnaire and confirm the delivery address. Initial contact may take slightly longer if your order over the weekend. At this point the delivery is considered ‘active’. You will be provided with a personal point of contact with whom you can liaise with regards your delivery. The delivery will then be scheduled with their logistics department and you will receive a call back to advise the delivery date which will usually be within the next 7-10 days. On the day of delivery you will receive a call approximately 1 hour before your delivery. Please note that a specific date and time of delivery is not part of our standard service and if you are not able to accept the delivery date provided by Swiftcare, your next available delivery date could be 1 to 3 weeks later.
If you ask Swiftcare for a specific date or time for delivery, please be advised that there will be an additional delivery charge that we will need to collect from you before your delivery can be confirmed.
Are there ever any additional delivery charges?
On rare occasions it is sometimes necessary to charge additional fees for specialist delivery. Some rural locations, or properties in hard to reach areas, where our standard delivery vehicle cannot pass, it may be necessary to arrange a dedicated small vehicle to conduct the delivery. If these charges are applicable you will receive a call beforehand to discuss. Typical additional specialist delivery charges are approximately £180. This is in addition to the included delivery charge, in some cases a site survey maybe required this is charged at £96.
Do you need to conduct a physical site survey?
Physical site surveys are very rare and are not usually necessary. Our professional fulfilment partners are experts in delivering these products and the experienced office team will conduct a site access assessment when they call you after receiving your order. Should a physical site survey be required a charge of £96 is applicable and may result in extra charges to deliver the unit safely and in accordance with health and safety laws.
Are offshore UK deliveries possible?
UK offshore territories such as the Channel Islands, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands can be serviced by special arrangement. Please contact us before ordering for further details.
