    2 MAN DELIVERY & INSTALL SERVICE EXPLAINED

    You are purchasing a premium product that we believe should be delivered and assembled with care.

    In summary, this service consists of:

      • Initial contact with you by telephone to discuss the site where the appliance will be situated and book a suitable delivery date.
      • Delivery is carried out on our own vehicle approximately 2 weeks from the date of order.
      • You will be provided with a contact name should you need to speak to anyone about your delivery.
      • You will be called 1 hour ahead of delivery (subject to signal in some areas!)
      • Your new Kirami Wood Fired Hot Tub will be unpacked and placed in your preferred location (subject to the access been as described at initial contact).
      • It will be fully assembled.
      • All the packaging will be removed.

       

      Assembly will only be possible if the hot tub location is prepared for the tub, any groundworks are excluded

      Access to the installation location must be wide enough and free of obstacles. please double check with us if you have narrow passages, gates etc.

      We want to ensure you can place the Kirami Hot Tub exactly where you'd like it, therefore please feel free to send photos of pathways, gates etc to sales@calidologs.com for our team to confirm that everything will go smoothly on the day of delivery.
