Shipping Restrictions:

• We do not ship to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Service:

• Orders placed before 12 pm are usually dispatched the same day via APC on a Next Day service.
• Large items like large push mowers may be shipped on a two-day service with UPS.
• Most parcels arrive within 1-2 working days from dispatch, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Times & Exceptions:

• Some postcodes and peak periods may experience longer delivery times.
• If your order contains multiple parcels, they may arrive separately due to courier weight restrictions or high demand. This is beyond our control.

• Estimated delivery times (ETAs) are provided for convenience but may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
