We offer two service plans as set out below:
Standard Plan

Every third year, your robot mower needs a little extra work done during the service such as replacing the sealing strips, ventilation filter and bellows. There will be an additional cost of £59 on top of your selected plan.
When it comes to an Automower® Service, our team of trained service engineers have the experience to know what to check and replace when it comes to keeping your machine running smoothly and safely. An annual service can keep your machine in tip top condition and running strong for many years using only Husqvarna genuine parts. For all customers we recommend an annual Automower® service which is generally completed during the winter months when your Mower isn’t active. Having an annual service done for your mower is a condition that’s stipulated in your Husqvarna warranty, so it’s worth it!
Timings, Exclusions and Other Fees
Timings:
Mowers will generally be serviced/collected in November/December each year. Mowers on the Gold plan will normally be returned to site in February/March subject to weather conditions at the time.
Exclusions:
Mowers will be serviced in line with Husqvarna's required service schedule depending on the age of the mower. Servicing excludes any repairs over and above the required service schedule. If any repairs are required we will contact you before carrying out the work.
Fees:
Mowers not collected with two weeks of us notifying you that they are ready for collection will incur a storage fee of £10 per week plus VAT
All invoices must be paid upon booking.
