Loyalty Terms and Conditions
1. You must have an account to redeem points earned.
2. Purchasing products
– For every £1 spent you will receive 1 points on your account
– If you refund the product, the points will also be deducted from your account
3. Spending points
– For every 100 points on your account, you can reclaim £1 off your order
– There is no minimum or maximum cart value for points to be redeemed
– Your points will expire after 18 months, from the date that you received them, if not used
Referral Terms & Conditions
1. The referrer will receive 1000 points and the referred will receive £10 each off their first order. This should be the first order that the referred person places with Calido to qualify for the reward.
2. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash, or transferred to a different account. The referred person must place their order within 30 days of receiving their referral link.
3. The sale will only be valid if:
• The purchase is paid with a valid payment method;
• The purchaser has received all the shipped products;
• The order has not been cancelled or received a refund after the purchase date.
4. To qualify for the referral reward, the referred person must complete an order greater than £150 in total value, minus shipping, taxes, discounts, returns and/or 3rd party fees.
5. The referrer cannot claim their reward until the referred person has completed their order. The referrer can only use one referral code per transaction, multiple rewards cannot be used together.
6. The referred person and the referrer cannot be the same person, e.g using a different email address. A referrer can earn up to 5 referral rewards per calendar year. Referral rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
7. We reserve the right to remove the referral reward if we deem the referrer is referring themselves. We have the right to cancel the referral scheme and change the terms and conditions at any time. If any referral codes have not been used, these will be forfeited.
8. The amount of points added to your account will be calculated after any discounts have been applied. Any shipping costs are not eligible to be redeemed for points.
