Monolith Free Wok Stand Promotion

1. Receive a FREE Monolith Wok Stand when you purchase a qualifying Monolith Grill during the promotional period.
2. Promotion valid from 15th June 2026 to 15th July 2026 inclusive.
3. Promotion available to customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland only.
4. To claim the free wok stand, customers must submit proof of purchase, their delivery address, and a contact telephone number to promotion@monolith-grill.eu.
5. Claims must be submitted in accordance with MONOLITH's redemption instructions.
6. The wok stand is supplied by redemption and will not be included with your grill delivery.
7. The wok itself is not included in this promotion and must be purchased separately.
8. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative product.
9. One free wok stand per qualifying grill purchased unless otherwise stated.
10. Claims submitted after the promotion closing date or without valid proof of purchase may not be accepted.
11. Calido reserves the right to verify all claims and reject any fraudulent or invalid submissions.
12. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
13. The promotion is subject to stock availability.

1. Customers purchasing a qualifying Monolith Grill during the promotional period will receive a FREE Monolith Wok Set.
2. The promotion is valid from 15th June 2026 to 15th July 2026 inclusive.
3. The FREE Wok Set will be automatically added to qualifying orders and no redemption claim is required.
4. The FREE Wok Set is available with all Monolith Grills EXCEPT:
   MONOLITH ICON
   MONOLITH JUNIOR
5. One FREE Wok Set is available per qualifying grill purchased unless otherwise stated.
6. The FREE Wok Set includes:
   1 x Steel Wok
   1 x Ladle
   1 x Turning Ladle
   1 x Stainless Steel Colander
   1 x Storage Ring / Wok Stand
7. The FREE Wok Set will be dispatched with the qualifying grill order where stock is available.
8. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative product.

10. Claims relating to missing promotional items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Summer Firewood Sale

1. The Summer Firewood Sale is valid on selected firewood products only.
2. Promotional prices are valid from 09:00am Monday 1st June 2026 until 11:59pm Tuesday 30th June 2026.
3. Offers are available while stocks last.
   
4. Sale prices apply only to orders placed during the promotional period.
5. Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.

7. In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or amend affected orders and provide a full refund where applicable.
