    Gas Cooking Performance

The Alfa Moderno 1 Pizze Hybrid Gas and Wood Outdoor Pizza Oven lets you cook with both gas and wood, giving you the flexibility to choose between convenience and authentic wood-fired flavour. With a simple hybrid kit, you can safely switch between fuel types while benefiting from efficient performance thanks to Alfa’s Forninox™ technology.

The gas-powered design gives you quick ignition, easy heat control and reliable results. It is perfect for those who want the performance of an Alfa outdoor pizza oven with everyday convenience.

    Fast Heat-Up and 90-Second Pizza

Designed to heat up to 500°C in approximately 30 minutes, this oven can cook traditional 30cm pizzas in as little as 90 seconds. The HeatKeeper™ firebrick cooking floor helps store heat efficiently for crispy bases with reliable consistency.

    Premium Alfa Construction

Built from stainless steel, iron sheet and ceramic fibre insulation, the oven is engineered to heat quickly and retain temperature. This makes it suitable for pizza, roasting, baking and a wider range of outdoor cooking.

    Accessories to Complete Your Setup

Complete your setup with compatible Alfa accessories, including a protective cover, the 12-piece Pizzaiolo Master Kit, medium or large peel sets, infrared thermometer, oven brush and bases or cooking stations.

When switching to wood-fired cooking, using our kiln dried logs will help maintain steady heat, minimise smoke and improve cooking results.

  • Delivery Vehicles & Access:

    • Nationwide deliveries are made using 18-tonne lorries via Palletline and local deliveries in the Stirling area are usually made by a 12-tonne delivery vehicle with our own driver.
    • Smaller vehicles may be available on request, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you need a smaller vehicle, please notify our team each time you order.
    • Full Pallets of Briquettes will always be delivered on the larger 18 tonne vehicles - they cannot be delivered on small 7.5 tonne vehicles due to the weight limits restriction on the tail lifts.

    Delivery & Unloading Process:

    • Deliveries are kerbside only, but where possible, the driver may move the pallet closer to your property if terrain allows.
    • The lorry is equipped with a tail lift and the driver will use a pallet truck to unload your goods.
    • Important: Pallet trucks can only be used on firm, level ground such as concrete, tarmac, or monoblock. They cannot be used on slopes, loose gravel, grass, or mud, so an alternative drop-off location would be required.

    Space & Access Requirements:

    • The delivery lorry is approximately the size of a fire engine. If you have restricted access, please inform us before ordering.
    • Pallets are about 1.2 m wide, so ensure gates or entryways are wide enough to accommodate them.
    • Drivers are not insured to unpack or carry goods into your house.

Empty Crate & Pallet Collection Policy:

    • Disposal of crates and pallets is the customer’s responsibility.
    • Delivery drivers are unable to collect empty crates or pallets after delivery. This is due to carrier restrictions – empty crates can be classed as waste, requiring a waste carrier’s licence, and vehicles often do not have space to take them back.
    • Many customers cut the crates up for kindling (they’re kiln-dried, so ideal for this), or offer them for free on local selling pages, where they’re often collected quickly.

    Delivery Dates & Timings:

    • You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. We aim to deliver on this date, but if we can’t, we will contact you to arrange another suitable time.
    • We can't guarantee a specific delivery date for the following postcodes:

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before purchasing.
    • Pallet deliveries are made between 8 am and 6 pm.
    • We or our carrier may provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on the day of delivery. This is provided in good faith however delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • ETAs can only be provided on the day of delivery and not in advance
