  • Bring the warmth and charm of a wood-burning stove to your glamping retreat with the Charnwood Cranmore 3 Stove Glamping Package. This all-in-one solution pairs the compact and efficient Cranmore 3 Blu Stove with the Charnwood Stove Pod – a freestanding steel enclosure and hearth plate that allows for quick, safe and stylish installation in cabins, yurts, shepherds huts and similar off-grid spaces.

The Stove Pod is available in a choice of finishes: a durable matt black powder coat or the premium VLAZE Black Splatter vitreous enamel liner, offering a sleek, wipe-clean and heat-resistant surface. Both options create a striking focal point while protecting surrounding surfaces and eliminating the need for a traditional hearth.

The Cranmore 3 delivers excellent efficiency and clean burn performance, making it ideal for smaller, well-insulated spaces. Combined with the Stove Pod, it provides a practical and visually unified installation that blends rustic comfort with modern safety and style.

    Delivery Vehicles & Access:

    • Nationwide deliveries are made using 18-tonne lorries via Palletline and local deliveries in the Stirling area are usually made by a 12-tonne delivery vehicle with our own driver.
    • Smaller vehicles may be available on request, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you need a smaller vehicle, please notify our team each time you order.
    • Full Pallets of Briquettes will always be delivered on the larger 18 tonne vehicles - they cannot be delivered on small 7.5 tonne vehicles due to the weight limits restriction on the tail lifts.

    Delivery & Unloading Process:

    • Deliveries are kerbside only, but where possible, the driver may move the pallet closer to your property if terrain allows.
    • The lorry is equipped with a tail lift and the driver will use a pallet truck to unload your goods.
    • Important: Pallet trucks can only be used on firm, level ground such as concrete, tarmac, or monoblock. They cannot be used on slopes, loose gravel, grass, or mud, so an alternative drop-off location would be required.

    Space & Access Requirements:

    • The delivery lorry is approximately the size of a fire engine. If you have restricted access, please inform us before ordering.
    • Pallets are about 1.2 m wide, so ensure gates or entryways are wide enough to accommodate them.
    • Drivers are not insured to unpack or carry goods into your house.

Empty Crate & Pallet Collection Policy:

    • Disposal of crates and pallets is the customer’s responsibility.
    • Delivery drivers are unable to collect empty crates or pallets after delivery. This is due to carrier restrictions – empty crates can be classed as waste, requiring a waste carrier’s licence, and vehicles often do not have space to take them back.
    • Many customers cut the crates up for kindling (they’re kiln-dried, so ideal for this), or offer them for free on local selling pages, where they’re often collected quickly.

    Delivery Dates & Timings:

    • You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. We aim to deliver on this date, but if we can’t, we will contact you to arrange another suitable time.

    • We or our carrier may provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on the day of delivery. This is provided in good faith however delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • ETAs can only be provided on the day of delivery and not in advance
