  • The Clock Blithfield DS (Double-Sided) is a British-designed and manufactured stove, built with a classic aesthetic and modern engineering. Meeting the strict 2022 Ecodesign emissions standards, this clean-burning multi-fuel and wood-burning stove is an ideal choice for those who want reliable warmth without compromising air quality.

With its 10.5 kW heat output and double-sided design, the Blithfield is perfect for larger spaces or open-plan areas where warmth and a view of the flames from both sides are desired. Its simple, intuitive controls allow you to manage burn rate and flame appearance with ease, while DEFRA approval means it’s suitable for use in smoke control areas when burning seasoned wood.

For added flexibility, the stove can be ordered with a direct external air supply (DEAS) and a wide range of stove paint colours to suit your interior. Stainless steel fittings are supplied as standard, with optional brass fittings available for a more traditional or decorative finish. A refined balance of traditional charm and contemporary performance, the Clock Blithfield Double Sided is a practical and stylish centrepiece for any home.

    Delivery Vehicles & Access:

    • Nationwide deliveries are made using 18-tonne lorries via Palletline and local deliveries in the Stirling area are usually made by a 12-tonne delivery vehicle with our own driver.
    • Smaller vehicles may be available on request, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you need a smaller vehicle, please notify our team each time you order.
    • Full Pallets of Briquettes will always be delivered on the larger 18 tonne vehicles - they cannot be delivered on small 7.5 tonne vehicles due to the weight limits restriction on the tail lifts.

    Delivery & Unloading Process:

    • Deliveries are kerbside only, but where possible, the driver may move the pallet closer to your property if terrain allows.
    • The lorry is equipped with a tail lift and the driver will use a pallet truck to unload your goods.
    • Important: Pallet trucks can only be used on firm, level ground such as concrete, tarmac, or monoblock. They cannot be used on slopes, loose gravel, grass, or mud, so an alternative drop-off location would be required.

    Space & Access Requirements:

    • The delivery lorry is approximately the size of a fire engine. If you have restricted access, please inform us before ordering.
    • Pallets are about 1.2 m wide, so ensure gates or entryways are wide enough to accommodate them.
    • Drivers are not insured to unpack or carry goods into your house.

Empty Crate & Pallet Collection Policy:

    • Disposal of crates and pallets is the customer’s responsibility.
    • Delivery drivers are unable to collect empty crates or pallets after delivery. This is due to carrier restrictions – empty crates can be classed as waste, requiring a waste carrier’s licence, and vehicles often do not have space to take them back.
    • Many customers cut the crates up for kindling (they’re kiln-dried, so ideal for this), or offer them for free on local selling pages, where they’re often collected quickly.

    Delivery Dates & Timings:

    • You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. We aim to deliver on this date, but if we can’t, we will contact you to arrange another suitable time.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before purchasing.
    • Pallet deliveries are made between 8 am and 6 pm.
    • We or our carrier may provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on the day of delivery. This is provided in good faith however delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • ETAs can only be provided on the day of delivery and not in advance
