  • Contura 810 Style Wood Burning Stove

    Scandinavian Design Meets Intelligent Performance

The Contura 810 Style Wood Burning Stove combines refined Scandinavian design with advanced combustion technology. With a 5kW heat output, it’s ideal for smaller living spaces, delivering controlled, efficient warmth in a compact, contemporary form. Available in Black or Grey, it integrates seamlessly into both modern and traditional interiors.

Enhanced Flame View & Modern Upgrades

The 810 Style is the upgraded version of the popular 810 Classic, featuring a taller glass door that provides a wider, clearer view of the flames. This creates a stronger focal point in the room, enhancing both ambience and visual impact.

    Effortless Operation with Smart Features

Designed for ease of use, the 810 Style includes cool-touch handles, allowing safer and more comfortable refuelling. The advanced air control system, combined with Contura’s Automatic Start Function (ASF), makes lighting the stove simple and controlled - without needing to leave the door open during ignition.

The Refuelling Boost Function (RBF) introduces additional airflow from below, helping to revive low embers quickly so new logs catch light with ease. Together, these features make the stove particularly user-friendly for everyday use.

    Premium Construction & Thoughtful Details

Built with a durable cast iron door, the stove is designed to withstand high temperature variation while maintaining its shape and performance. Practical features such as the integrated log compartment and Silent Sliding Ashtray (SSA) ensure clean, quiet and convenient day-to-day operation.

    Efficient & Eco-Conscious Heating

With an efficiency rating of 81% and an A+ energy class, the Contura 810 Style delivers high performance with low emissions. It is DEFRA approved for use in UK smoke control areas and carries the Swedish Swan Eco Label, reflecting its environmentally responsible design.

    Compact & Space-Saving

With its slim footprint and clean lines, this stove is ideal where space is limited. Despite its compact size, it can heat areas of up to 120m², making it a versatile option for a wide range of homes.

Contura 810 Style vs 810 Classic – Key Differences

Both the Contura 810 Style and 810 Classic are compact, Scandinavian-designed wood burning stoves built for efficiency and space-saving installation. The 810 Style offers a 5kW heat output, making it slightly more powerful and better suited to heating larger spaces, while the 810 Classic provides a 4kW output, ideal for smaller rooms or where a lower heat requirement is preferred.

The 810 Style is the more advanced model, featuring a taller viewing glass, cool-touch handle, enhanced air control, and built-in functions that make lighting and refuelling easier. The 810 Classic retains a simpler, more traditional setup with standard air control and cast iron handles that require a stove glove during use.

If you’re local to Stirling, you’re welcome to visit our showroom where both models are on display, making it easy to compare and choose the right stove for your home.

    Optional Extras

Enhance both the look and practicality of your stove with the optional log store door, ideal for a tidier finish.

Please note: The log store door is sold separately. Contact us if you’d like to add this to your order.

    Delivery Vehicles & Access:

    • Nationwide deliveries are made using 18-tonne lorries via Palletline and local deliveries in the Stirling area are usually made by a 12-tonne delivery vehicle with our own driver.
    • Smaller vehicles may be available on request, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you need a smaller vehicle, please notify our team each time you order.
    • Full Pallets of Briquettes will always be delivered on the larger 18 tonne vehicles - they cannot be delivered on small 7.5 tonne vehicles due to the weight limits restriction on the tail lifts.

    Delivery & Unloading Process:

    • Deliveries are kerbside only, but where possible, the driver may move the pallet closer to your property if terrain allows.
    • The lorry is equipped with a tail lift and the driver will use a pallet truck to unload your goods.
    • Important: Pallet trucks can only be used on firm, level ground such as concrete, tarmac, or monoblock. They cannot be used on slopes, loose gravel, grass, or mud, so an alternative drop-off location would be required.

    Space & Access Requirements:

    • The delivery lorry is approximately the size of a fire engine. If you have restricted access, please inform us before ordering.
    • Pallets are about 1.2 m wide, so ensure gates or entryways are wide enough to accommodate them.
    • Drivers are not insured to unpack or carry goods into your house.

Empty Crate & Pallet Collection Policy:

    • Disposal of crates and pallets is the customer’s responsibility.
    • Delivery drivers are unable to collect empty crates or pallets after delivery. This is due to carrier restrictions – empty crates can be classed as waste, requiring a waste carrier’s licence, and vehicles often do not have space to take them back.
    • Many customers cut the crates up for kindling (they’re kiln-dried, so ideal for this), or offer them for free on local selling pages, where they’re often collected quickly.

    Delivery Dates & Timings:

    • You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. We aim to deliver on this date, but if we can’t, we will contact you to arrange another suitable time.
    • We can't guarantee a specific delivery date for the following postcodes:

      HS, IV4-5, IV13-14, IV21-24, IV26-28, IV40-49, IV51-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW11, KW13-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH26, PH32-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before purchasing.
    • Pallet deliveries are made between 8 am and 6 pm.
    • We or our carrier may provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on the day of delivery. This is provided in good faith however delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • ETAs can only be provided on the day of delivery and not in advance
