  • Dean Forge Dartmoor W5 Eco Stove - 5kW

The Dean Forge Dartmoor W5 Eco Stove in standard heright combines traditional British craftsmanship with a striking widescreen flame picture. Handmade in Devon, this 5kW stove offers the perfect balance of classic styling, modern efficiency and exceptional fire viewing. With a wider firebox than the standard Dartmoor 5 Eco, the W5 creates an impressive focal point while delivering dependable warmth and clean-burning performance.

    Wide-Screen Flame Viewing

The standout feature of the Dartmoor W5 Eco is its expansive landscape viewing window. Designed around a wider firebox, it showcases more of the flames and creates a stunning visual centrepiece within the room. Combined with Dean Forge's powerful preheated airwash system, the large glass panel stays cleaner for longer, ensuring uninterrupted views of the fire.

    Efficient 5kW Heating Performance

With a nominal heat output of 5kW and an efficiency rating of 83.1%, the Dartmoor W5 Eco provides excellent heating performance for small to medium-sized living spaces. Advanced clean burn technology maximises heat output while reducing emissions, helping you get more warmth from every load of fuel.

    Wood Burning & Multi-Fuel Options

The Dartmoor W5 Eco is available as either a dedicated wood burning stove or a multi-fuel model, allowing you to choose the fuel type that best suits your home and heating requirements. Both versions deliver the same impressive efficiency and clean-burning performance, while offering flexibility to match your preferred fuel source. The wood burning version can be converted into a multi-fuel stove using the optional multi-fuel conversion kit.

    Colour & Customisation Options

The Dartmoor W5 Eco is available in a wide range of attractive colour finishes to complement both traditional and contemporary interiors. Choose from Black, Champagne, Charcoal, Dory Blue, Grey, Honey, Firecracker, Mojave Red and Mushroom. A black handle is supplied as standard, while an optional stainless steel handle is available for a more contemporary finish, see images.

    Designed for Modern Homes

Fully DEFRA exempt and Ecodesign compliant, the Dartmoor W5 Eco is suitable for use in Smoke Control Areas throughout the UK. Independent primary and secondary air controls, combined with tertiary combustion technology, provide responsive control and efficient burning, making this stove as practical as it is attractive.

    Delivery Vehicles & Access:

    • Nationwide deliveries are made using 18-tonne lorries via Palletline and local deliveries in the Stirling area are usually made by a 12-tonne delivery vehicle with our own driver.
    • Smaller vehicles may be available on request, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you need a smaller vehicle, please notify our team each time you order.
    • Full Pallets of Briquettes will always be delivered on the larger 18 tonne vehicles - they cannot be delivered on small 7.5 tonne vehicles due to the weight limits restriction on the tail lifts.

    Delivery & Unloading Process:

    • Deliveries are kerbside only, but where possible, the driver may move the pallet closer to your property if terrain allows.
    • The lorry is equipped with a tail lift and the driver will use a pallet truck to unload your goods.
    • Important: Pallet trucks can only be used on firm, level ground such as concrete, tarmac, or monoblock. They cannot be used on slopes, loose gravel, grass, or mud, so an alternative drop-off location would be required.

    Space & Access Requirements:

    • The delivery lorry is approximately the size of a fire engine. If you have restricted access, please inform us before ordering.
    • Pallets are about 1.2 m wide, so ensure gates or entryways are wide enough to accommodate them.
    • Drivers are not insured to unpack or carry goods into your house.

Empty Crate & Pallet Collection Policy:

    • Disposal of crates and pallets is the customer’s responsibility.
    • Delivery drivers are unable to collect empty crates or pallets after delivery. This is due to carrier restrictions – empty crates can be classed as waste, requiring a waste carrier’s licence, and vehicles often do not have space to take them back.
    • Many customers cut the crates up for kindling (they’re kiln-dried, so ideal for this), or offer them for free on local selling pages, where they’re often collected quickly.

    Delivery Dates & Timings:

    • You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. We aim to deliver on this date, but if we can’t, we will contact you to arrange another suitable time.
    • We can't guarantee a specific delivery date for the following postcodes:

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before purchasing.
    • Pallet deliveries are made between 8 am and 6 pm.
    • We or our carrier may provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on the day of delivery. This is provided in good faith however delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • ETAs can only be provided on the day of delivery and not in advance
