  • The HETA Inspire 45H is a rugged and compact multi-fuel stove with an integrated log store, designed for both modern homes and traditional cottages. Built from high-quality 5 to 8 mm steel with a solid cast iron door, fire base, and shaker grate, this stove is engineered for durability and efficiency.

Producing between 4 and 6.3 kW of heat, with excellent performance from as low as 2 kW, the Inspire 45H offers precise and easy control over combustion, ensuring efficient and consistent warmth. It is DEFRA-approved for use in smoke control areas when burning wood, making it suitable for urban and rural locations. While not tested with smokeless fuels, HETA has confirmed its suitability for occasional use with smokeless coal when installed outside a smoke control area. Manufacturer approval documentation is available upon request.

With its sturdy construction, efficient heating, and convenient built-in log store, the HETA Inspire 45H is a stylish and practical heating solution for any home.

    Delivery Vehicles & Access:

    • Nationwide deliveries are made using 18-tonne lorries via Palletline and local deliveries in the Stirling area are usually made by a 12-tonne delivery vehicle with our own driver.
    • Smaller vehicles may be available on request, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you need a smaller vehicle, please notify our team each time you order.
    • Full Pallets of Briquettes will always be delivered on the larger 18 tonne vehicles - they cannot be delivered on small 7.5 tonne vehicles due to the weight limits restriction on the tail lifts.

    Delivery & Unloading Process:

    • Deliveries are kerbside only, but where possible, the driver may move the pallet closer to your property if terrain allows.
    • The lorry is equipped with a tail lift and the driver will use a pallet truck to unload your goods.
    • Important: Pallet trucks can only be used on firm, level ground such as concrete, tarmac, or monoblock. They cannot be used on slopes, loose gravel, grass, or mud, so an alternative drop-off location would be required.

    Space & Access Requirements:

    • The delivery lorry is approximately the size of a fire engine. If you have restricted access, please inform us before ordering.
    • Pallets are about 1.2 m wide, so ensure gates or entryways are wide enough to accommodate them.
    • Drivers are not insured to unpack or carry goods into your house.

Empty Crate & Pallet Collection Policy:

    • Disposal of crates and pallets is the customer’s responsibility.
    • Delivery drivers are unable to collect empty crates or pallets after delivery. This is due to carrier restrictions – empty crates can be classed as waste, requiring a waste carrier’s licence, and vehicles often do not have space to take them back.
    • Many customers cut the crates up for kindling (they’re kiln-dried, so ideal for this), or offer them for free on local selling pages, where they’re often collected quickly.

    Delivery Dates & Timings:

    • You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. We aim to deliver on this date, but if we can’t, we will contact you to arrange another suitable time.
    • We can't guarantee a specific delivery date for the following postcodes:

      HS, IV4-5, IV13-14, IV21-24, IV26-28, IV40-49, IV51-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW11, KW13-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH26, PH32-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before purchasing.
    • Pallet deliveries are made between 8 am and 6 pm.
    • We or our carrier may provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on the day of delivery. This is provided in good faith however delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • ETAs can only be provided on the day of delivery and not in advance
