  • The Fireview Eco Traditional Logstore is a practical 5 kW stove suited to smaller and medium-sized rooms. The integrated logstore keeps fuel close to hand and provides a straightforward, tidy look.

Handcrafted in Devon from high-quality steel, it is easy to light and simple to control. The clean burn air wash system helps keep the glass clear, and clearSkies Level 5 certification confirms ultra-low emissions in line with Ecodesign 2022. The multifuel grate and ashpan allow fuel flexibility, though it performs particularly well when used for woodburning thanks to its true flat grate.

Suitable for installation on a 12 mm superimposed hearth and compatible with rear flue and flue adaptor options, this stove offers practical installation flexibility. With an A+ energy rating and strong efficiency on both wood and solid fuel, it provides reliable day-to-day heat.

    Delivery Vehicles & Access:

    • Nationwide deliveries are made using 18-tonne lorries via Palletline and local deliveries in the Stirling area are usually made by a 12-tonne delivery vehicle with our own driver.
    • Smaller vehicles may be available on request, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you need a smaller vehicle, please notify our team each time you order.
    • Full Pallets of Briquettes will always be delivered on the larger 18 tonne vehicles - they cannot be delivered on small 7.5 tonne vehicles due to the weight limits restriction on the tail lifts.

    Delivery & Unloading Process:

    • Deliveries are kerbside only, but where possible, the driver may move the pallet closer to your property if terrain allows.
    • The lorry is equipped with a tail lift and the driver will use a pallet truck to unload your goods.
    • Important: Pallet trucks can only be used on firm, level ground such as concrete, tarmac, or monoblock. They cannot be used on slopes, loose gravel, grass, or mud, so an alternative drop-off location would be required.

    Space & Access Requirements:

    • The delivery lorry is approximately the size of a fire engine. If you have restricted access, please inform us before ordering.
    • Pallets are about 1.2 m wide, so ensure gates or entryways are wide enough to accommodate them.
    • Drivers are not insured to unpack or carry goods into your house.

Empty Crate & Pallet Collection Policy:

    • Disposal of crates and pallets is the customer’s responsibility.
    • Delivery drivers are unable to collect empty crates or pallets after delivery. This is due to carrier restrictions – empty crates can be classed as waste, requiring a waste carrier’s licence, and vehicles often do not have space to take them back.
    • Many customers cut the crates up for kindling (they’re kiln-dried, so ideal for this), or offer them for free on local selling pages, where they’re often collected quickly.

    Delivery Dates & Timings:

    • You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. We aim to deliver on this date, but if we can’t, we will contact you to arrange another suitable time.
