  • The Woodwarm Phoenix Fireblaze Eco Convector is a versatile 6 kW stove that delivers dependable performance with modern efficiency. Handcrafted in Devon from the finest quality steel, it combines traditional craftsmanship with advanced technology to meet the latest Ecodesign standards. With its generous log capacity of up to 440 mm and a wide viewing window, it creates both powerful heat and a beautiful flame picture.

Practicality is at the heart of the Fireblaze design. It features a clean burn airwash system that keeps the glass crystal clear, along with a cool-touch stainless steel handle and simple air controls for safe, easy operation. The full riddling grate and ashpan make day-to-day maintenance straightforward, while interchangeable top or rear flue options offer flexibility during installation.

Suitable for both wood and multifuel burning, this stove achieves efficiencies of 79.7% on wood and 78.3% on solid fuel. DEFRA approved for use in smoke control areas and rated A for energy efficiency, the Fireblaze Eco Convector is a robust and reliable heating choice for homes that want lasting warmth, convenience, and character.

    Delivery Vehicles & Access:

    • Nationwide deliveries are made using 18-tonne lorries via Palletline and local deliveries in the Stirling area are usually made by a 12-tonne delivery vehicle with our own driver.
    • Smaller vehicles may be available on request, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you need a smaller vehicle, please notify our team each time you order.
    • Full Pallets of Briquettes will always be delivered on the larger 18 tonne vehicles - they cannot be delivered on small 7.5 tonne vehicles due to the weight limits restriction on the tail lifts.

    Delivery & Unloading Process:

    • Deliveries are kerbside only, but where possible, the driver may move the pallet closer to your property if terrain allows.
    • The lorry is equipped with a tail lift and the driver will use a pallet truck to unload your goods.
    • Important: Pallet trucks can only be used on firm, level ground such as concrete, tarmac, or monoblock. They cannot be used on slopes, loose gravel, grass, or mud, so an alternative drop-off location would be required.

    Space & Access Requirements:

    • The delivery lorry is approximately the size of a fire engine. If you have restricted access, please inform us before ordering.
    • Pallets are about 1.2 m wide, so ensure gates or entryways are wide enough to accommodate them.
    • Drivers are not insured to unpack or carry goods into your house.

Empty Crate & Pallet Collection Policy:

    • Disposal of crates and pallets is the customer’s responsibility.
    • Delivery drivers are unable to collect empty crates or pallets after delivery. This is due to carrier restrictions – empty crates can be classed as waste, requiring a waste carrier’s licence, and vehicles often do not have space to take them back.
    • Many customers cut the crates up for kindling (they’re kiln-dried, so ideal for this), or offer them for free on local selling pages, where they’re often collected quickly.

    Delivery Dates & Timings:

    • You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. We aim to deliver on this date, but if we can’t, we will contact you to arrange another suitable time.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before purchasing.

    • We or our carrier may provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on the day of delivery. This is provided in good faith however delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • ETAs can only be provided on the day of delivery and not in advance
