Kiln-dried oak log nets are ideal for customers who want long-lasting, steady heat with fewer refuels. Made from 100% kiln-dried oak with a moisture content below 20%, these logs are Ready to Burn approved and suitable for wood-burning stoves and open fires. Supplied in large 40 litre net bags, far larger than shop-bought firewood, they offer fewer top-ups and a more efficient way to store and use premium oak logs.
Why oak nets work for stoves & open fires:- Exceptionally long burn time for sustained heat
- Steady, consistent heat output once established
- Clean burning with minimal smoke and residue
- Ideal for extended or overnight fires
Easy to handle, easy to store:
- Approximately 25 cm log length (+/- 10%), fits most stoves and fireplaces
-
Simple to carry, stack, and store by hand, ideal for limited or awkward access
Choose the right amount:
- 12 nets – approximately 0.81 loose m³, great for compact storage or occasional use
- 24 nets – approximately 1.6 loose m³, ideal for regular fires
- 40 nets – approximately 2.7 loose m³, better value for frequent burners
- 56 nets – approximately 3.8 loose m³, our best-value option for long-term supply
All options are delivered kerbside on a pallet. UK-wide delivery is available, with the option to select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Due to natural variations in oak as a raw material, log sizes can vary significantly. As a result, oak crates and nets may contain a wider mix of small and large logs compared to birch or ash, which typically offer more uniform log sizes. If you’d prefer smaller or larger logs, please let us know in the order notes and we’ll do our best to accommodate. As with all natural products, exact sizes can’t be guaranteed.
