Tractor/Rider Delivery Service

We offer FREE delivery across Central Scotland (postcodes FK, KY, G, EH, ML, PH1–PH7, DD1–DD7) when you purchase a tractor mower. After your order is placed, our team will contact you, usually within 48 hours, to arrange a convenient delivery date. Your machine will arrive fully assembled, pre-run, and ready to use — no assembly required. We aim to deliver within 2–5 working days using our own delivery vehicle. 

If you are outside of our Central Scotland delivery area delivery may still be possible. Please contact us stating your postcode and the machine you wish to purchase, and we can advise on available delivery options.  Pallet Shipping Key Information:  

• Minor product assembly may be required 
• We do not ship to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. 

 Delivery Vehicles & Access: 

• Nationwide deliveries are made using 18-tonne lorries via Palletline  
• Smaller vehicles may be available on request, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you need a smaller vehicle, please notify our team each time you order. 

 Delivery & Unloading Process: 

• A forklift will be required on site for most tractors and riders due to the length of the pallet 
• Where the pallet can be lifted off with a tail lift it is kerbside delivery only, but where possible, the driver may move the pallet closer to your property if terrain allows. 
• Important: Pallet trucks can only be used on firm, level ground such as concrete, tarmac, or monoblock. They cannot be used on slopes, loose gravel, grass, or mud, so an alternative drop-off location would be required. 
• Drivers are not insured to unpack or remove the goods from the pallet – this is the customers responsibility. 

 Space & Access Requirements: 

• The delivery lorry is approximately the size of a fire engine. If you have restricted access, please inform us before ordering. 
• Pallets are about 1.2m to 2.5m long depending on the product ordered. 

 Delivery Dates & Timings: 

• Pallet deliveries are made between 8 am and 6 pm. 
• We or our carrier may provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on the day of delivery. This is provided in good faith however delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances. 
• ETAs can only be provided on the day of delivery and not in advance
