Our Thin Birch Kiln Dried Logs are ideal for a variety of wood fired cooking including pizza ovens, wood fired ovens, outdoor cooking, fire pits and smaller wood burning stoves. Birch is well known for its easy lighting properties, lively flame and reliable heat output, making it a great choice for quick pizza cooks, relaxed outdoor entertaining and everyday use in compact stoves.

Clean Burning, Low Moisture Performance

These Ready to Burn approved thin cut birch hardwood logs are kiln dried to below 20% moisture for cleaner, hotter and more efficient burning. Cut to approximately 25cm in length with a slimmer diameter profile, they are particularly well suited to pizza ovens and compact outdoor cooking appliances, while also fitting many smaller sized stoves and wood burners. As shown in the product photography, diameters naturally vary between logs.
