Our Thin Oak Kiln Dried Logs are ideal for a range of wood fired cooking and heating applications, including pizza ovens, wood fired ovens, fire pits, outdoor cooking and smaller wood burning stoves.

Oak is a dense hardwood known for its long burn time and strong, steady heat output, making it perfect for authentic wood fired cooking and maintaining consistent temperatures.

High Heat, Low Moisture Performance

These Ready to Burn approved slim cut oak logs are kiln dried to below 20% moisture for cleaner combustion, improved efficiency and lower smoke output. The thin oak logs are cut to approximately 25cm in length and feature a slimmer diameter profile, making them easy to light and particularly well suited to pizza ovens, compact outdoor cooking appliances and smaller sized stoves. As shown in the product photography, diameters naturally vary between logs.
