With its solid steel construction and excellent heat retention, it opens up a completely different style of outdoor cooking.

Designed for High-Heat Performance

The .55 and .66 fireplates are made from solid 8mm steel for exceptional heat storage and even cooking performance. The Icon / Junior version uses a 6mm steel plate and features a continuous outer edge for easier turning of smaller foods. Each version creates natural temperature zones across the cooking surface, allowing you to sear in the centre while gently cooking or keeping food warm around the edges.

Built for Flexible Outdoor Cooking

The fireplate design allows you to cook foods that are difficult to manage on a traditional grill grate. From sizzling fajitas and fried eggs to seafood and stir-fry dishes, it adds another layer of versatility to your Monolith setup. Selected versions also allow use without removing the grill lid for better temperature management.
