Monolith Kamado Grill SGS Cast Iron Plancha
Flat-Top Cooking for Your Monolith Kamado
The Monolith SGS cast iron plancha adds a versatile flat cooking surface to your kamado setup, perfect for smash burgers, seafood, vegetables, pancakes, eggs and smaller ingredients that are difficult to cook on an open grill grate.
Built for the Smart Grid System
Designed specifically for the Monolith Smart Grid System, the semi-circular cast iron plancha uses half of the grill surface, allowing it to be combined with stainless steel or cast iron grids for flexible multi-zone cooking. The solid cast iron construction delivers excellent heat retention and intense roasted flavour.
