  • Kiln Dried Ash Logs - 24 Large Net Bags

Keep your stove well supplied with our 24 Large Net Bags of Kiln Dried Ash Logs, a dependable hardwood firewood choice offering excellent heat output, steady flames and reliable burning performance.

Ash is widely regarded as one of the best all-round firewoods. It lights relatively easily, burns consistently and produces a pleasant, attractive flame, making it suitable for everything from an occasional evening fire to regular home heating.

    Quality Kiln Dried Ash Hardwood

Our ash logs are kiln dried to a moisture content below 20% and are Ready to Burn approved, supporting efficient combustion while helping reduce smoke and soot compared with wetter logs.

Each log measures approximately 25cm in length (±10%), making the firewood suitable for most wood-burning stoves, multi-fuel stoves and open fireplaces.

    Practical Firewood for Everyday Heating

Containing approximately 1.44 loose cubic metres of ash firewood, this 24-net bundle provides a useful supply for households that light their stove frequently.

Supplied in individual 40-litre nets, the logs are easy to move from the delivery pallet to your log store, with no need to handle a large loose pile of firewood.

  • Delivery Vehicles & Access:

    • Nationwide deliveries are made using 18-tonne lorries via Palletline and local deliveries in the Stirling area are usually made by a 12-tonne delivery vehicle with our own driver.
    • Smaller vehicles may be available on request, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you need a smaller vehicle, please notify our team each time you order.
    • Full Pallets of Briquettes will always be delivered on the larger 18 tonne vehicles - they cannot be delivered on small 7.5 tonne vehicles due to the weight limits restriction on the tail lifts.

    Delivery & Unloading Process:

    • Deliveries are kerbside only, but where possible, the driver may move the pallet closer to your property if terrain allows.
    • The lorry is equipped with a tail lift and the driver will use a pallet truck to unload your goods.
    • Important: Pallet trucks can only be used on firm, level ground such as concrete, tarmac, or monoblock. They cannot be used on slopes, loose gravel, grass, or mud, so an alternative drop-off location would be required.

    Space & Access Requirements:

    • The delivery lorry is approximately the size of a fire engine. If you have restricted access, please inform us before ordering.
    • Pallets are about 1.2 m wide, so ensure gates or entryways are wide enough to accommodate them.
    • Drivers are not insured to unpack or carry goods into your house.

Empty Crate & Pallet Collection Policy:

    • Disposal of crates and pallets is the customer’s responsibility.
    • Delivery drivers are unable to collect empty crates or pallets after delivery. This is due to carrier restrictions – empty crates can be classed as waste, requiring a waste carrier’s licence, and vehicles often do not have space to take them back.
    • Many customers cut the crates up for kindling (they’re kiln-dried, so ideal for this), or offer them for free on local selling pages, where they’re often collected quickly.

Yes, all of our logs are kiln dried to a moisture content of below 20% and are Ready to Burn certified. All our briquettes are also Ready to Burn approved and the moisture content is usually around 10%. This makes our logs and briquettes perfectly suited for wood burning stoves, multi-fuel stoves, open fires, firepits and pizza ovens.

Yes, as they are low moisture, our logs and briquettes burn cleanly and efficiently with minimal smoke, less soot build-up and very little residue. This helps protect your stove, chimney or flue while producing more heat from every log.

No, once logs have been used, it’s the customer’s responsibility to dispose of or repurpose the crate or pallet. Many customers find they’re great for kindling storage or as garden planters.
