Our Parcel Delivery Service
- Orders placed before 12 pm are usually dispatched the same day via APC on a Next Day service.
- Most parcels arrive within 1-2 working days from dispatch, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Big Green Egg, Alfa Forni and Monolith accessory orders
- For some orders of Big Green Egg, Alfa Forni and Monolith accessories, depending on our stock availability, these may be supplied direct from the manufacturer.
- If this is the case, we will endeavour to keep you up to date with progress, however please allow extra time for delivery as we have no control over our suppliers handling and despatch times.
Delivery Times & Exceptions
- Some postcodes and peak periods may experience longer delivery times.
- If your order contains multiple parcels, they may arrive separately due to courier weight restrictions or high demand. This is beyond our control.
Tracking & Updates
- If you provide a valid email and/or mobile number at checkout, our courier will send updates via text or email.
- Estimated delivery times (ETAs) are provided for convenience but may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
