Delivery Service:
- Orders placed before 12 pm are usually dispatched the same day via APC on a Next Day service.
- Large items like large push mowers may be shipped on a two-day service with UPS.
- Most parcels arrive within 1-2 working days from dispatch, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Times & Exceptions:
- Some postcodes and peak periods may experience longer delivery times.
- If your order contains multiple parcels, they may arrive separately due to courier weight restrictions or high demand. This is beyond our control.
Tracking & Updates:
- If you provide a valid email and/or mobile number at checkout, our courier will send updates via text or email.
- Estimated delivery times (ETAs) are provided for convenience but may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
