All logs supplied in this bundle are Ready to Burn certified, kiln-dried to approximately 15 percent moisture and cut to around 25 cm lengths. This makes them suitable for wood burning stoves, open fires, pizza ovens and chimineas.

The standard crate provides a generous supply of premium kiln-dried logs, while the kindling and firelighters ensure quick, hassle-free ignition every time. It is a practical, great-value solution designed to keep you stocked up and ready for the colder months.

Please note: Disposal of empty crates is the customer’s responsibility. Many customers choose to reuse them for log or kindling storage, garden projects or general household storage. Image not to scale.
Delivery Vehicles & Access:
Nationwide deliveries are made using 18-tonne lorries via Palletline and local deliveries in the Stirling area are usually made by a 12-tonne delivery vehicle with our own driver.
Smaller vehicles may be available on request, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you need a smaller vehicle, please notify our team each time you order.
Full Pallets of Briquettes will always be delivered on the larger 18 tonne vehicles - they cannot be delivered on small 7.5 tonne vehicles due to the weight limits restriction on the tail lifts.

Delivery & Unloading Process:
Deliveries are kerbside only, but where possible, the driver may move the pallet closer to your property if terrain allows.
The lorry is equipped with a tail lift and the driver will use a pallet truck to unload your goods.
Important: Pallet trucks can only be used on firm, level ground such as concrete, tarmac, or monoblock. They cannot be used on slopes, loose gravel, grass, or mud, so an alternative drop-off location would be required.

Space & Access Requirements:
The delivery lorry is approximately the size of a fire engine. If you have restricted access, please inform us before ordering.
Pallets are about 1.2 m wide, so ensure gates or entryways are wide enough to accommodate them.
Drivers are not insured to unpack or carry goods into your house.

Empty Crate & Pallet Collection Policy:
Disposal of crates and pallets is the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery drivers are unable to collect empty crates or pallets after delivery. This is due to carrier restrictions – empty crates can be classed as waste, requiring a waste carrier’s licence, and vehicles often do not have space to take them back.
Many customers cut the crates up for kindling (they’re kiln-dried, so ideal for this), or offer them for free on local selling pages, where they’re often collected quickly.

Delivery Dates & Timings:
You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. We aim to deliver on this date, but if we can’t, we will contact you to arrange another suitable time.
For IV, KW, HS, ZE and some PA and PH postcodes, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before purchasing.
Pallet deliveries are made between 8 am and 6 pm.
We or our carrier may provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on the day of delivery. This is provided in good faith however delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
ETAs can only be provided on the day of delivery and not in advance

Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

Birch lights very easily and gives a lively, bright flame with fast heat output - perfect for quick fires and smaller stoves.
Ash burns steadily and produces excellent heat, making it a great all-rounder for regular use.
Oak is a dense hardwood that burns slowly with long-lasting heat and a steady flame - ideal for long, slow-burning fires.
All three species are high-quality kiln dried hardwoods and suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

We deliver to all UK mainland postcodes, excluding Northern Ireland. Deliveries to certain remote or hard-to-reach postcodes may take a little longer, and we’re unable to guarantee a specific delivery date for these locations:
