The XL Big Green Egg is designed for those who love to cook big. Its generous 61cm cooking surface provides plenty of room for entertaining, larger family gatherings and ambitious outdoor feasts, while premium ceramic construction delivers exceptional heat retention and precise temperature control.
The included IntEGGrated Nest with Acacia Shelves creates a complete freestanding outdoor cooking station. Caster wheels make the EGG easy to reposition, while natural Acacia Shelves provide valuable preparation and serving space.
The XL EGG now includes the Dual Zone Essentials Kit, comprising a Dual Zone Basket, two Half Moon Ceramic Deflectors and two Half Moon Stainless Steel Grids.
This modular setup lets you configure the XL for direct grilling, indirect roasting and baking, or a combination of direct and indirect heat at the same time – particularly useful when taking advantage of the XL's generous cooking area.
Two Half Moon Cast Iron Searing Grids provide excellent heat retention for high-temperature cooking, while the Full Baking Stone opens up everything from crisp homemade pizzas to fresh bread and other baked favourites.
