Built using the same premium-grade ceramic technology as the larger Big Green Egg models, the MiniMax offers exceptional heat retention and precise temperature control. From high-temperature grilling and searing to low & slow smoking, roasting, baking and pizza, this compact kamado gives you an impressive range of ways to cook outdoors.
Its clever airflow system makes controlling the cooking temperature simple, while the ceramic construction helps lock in heat and moisture for beautifully succulent food with that unmistakable charcoal-cooked flavour.
