At the heart of the Ultimate Bundle is the Dual Zone System. A Dual Zone Basket works with two Half Moon Ceramic Deflectors and two Half Moon Stainless Steel Grids, allowing you to configure different areas of the XL for direct and indirect cooking.
Add the included 2-Piece Multi-Level Rack and you can cook or warm food across multiple elevations, each offering a different intensity of heat. Combined with the XL's generous cooking surface, this gives you exceptional flexibility when preparing several dishes at once.
