The gloves are constructed from premium cow leather, chosen for its combination of comfort, flexibility and strength. As the leather breaks in through regular use, the gloves gradually soften for an increasingly comfortable fit.
Strategically positioned Armortex reinforcement provides additional protection across the main contact points, including the palms, fingers and knuckles. This high-performance fire-resistant textile is commonly used in industrial workwear, adding protection where it's needed most while maintaining flexibility.
For added durability, the gloves are constructed using high-strength Kevlar stitching, helping them withstand the demanding conditions associated with cooking over fire.
