Made from durable stainless steel, the Half Moon Grid provides a versatile cooking surface that's ideal for roasting, smoking and low & slow cooking, as well as everyday grilling.
As part of the Big Green Egg EGGspander System, the grid can be positioned alongside other half-moon accessories, allowing you to create different cooking zones within your EGG. Grill ingredients over direct heat on one side while cooking indirectly on the other, or use the multi-level EGGspander setup to prepare several dishes simultaneously.
The half-moon design also leaves space for other EGGspander cooking surfaces, such as a Cast Iron Searing Grid, Plancha Griddle or Ceramic Deflector, giving you the freedom to customise your setup around whatever you're cooking.
