The included IntEGGrated Nest with Acacia Shelves creates a complete freestanding outdoor cooking station. The Nest raises your XL EGG to a comfortable cooking height, while caster wheels make it easy to reposition around your outdoor space. Natural Acacia Shelves on either side provide useful preparation and serving space while you cook.
A ConvEGGtor is included for indirect cooking, transforming your EGG into an outdoor convection oven that's perfect for roasting, smoking, baking and low & slow cooking.
Alongside the Stainless Steel Grid, you'll receive two Half Moon Cast Iron Searing Grids. Their excellent heat retention makes them ideal for creating beautifully seared steaks, burgers, vegetables and more, while the half-moon format gives you greater flexibility when configuring your XL EGG.
